How the day works
It takes 5 minutes a day. Unfinished tasks move to the next day by themselves, and every time follows each person's own timezone.
Morning
Write one Work of the Day and up to 5 Do or Die tasks, ranked. Anything you didn't finish yesterday is already there, marked carried.
During the day
Tick tasks as you finish them, starting with #1. Finish #1 before you touch #2.
Evening
Write today's win, what you're stuck on and tomorrow's Work of the Day, then close the day. The report goes to AI Boss.
What AI Boss does
AI Boss is the head of the company. Staff only ever see AI Boss. The owner works behind the scenes, gives tasks through it and reads the summary.
